A little bit about me, my company, and why?

I have been in the Real Estate Business since 1983. I had my own office for over 22 years (1989-2012), been involved with several "Franchise" offices over the years, both recently and before opening my office in 1989. I just felt it was time to be back on my own again. The industry has changed so much.

I/we primarily service the Northwest corner of Lehigh County (Northwestern Lehigh School District) and get into neighboring Berks, Schuylkill, Carbon, and Northampton Counties. We have over 85 combined years of experience, and our mission is to provide "Full service for less" than "Local" realtors. We do not charge any additional fees, such as franchise fees or Transaction Management fees.

In my 42 years, I have had the pleasure of consulting with people on almost every aspect of real estate. I have built and/or remodeled homes, developed land, consulted with landowners/farmers on land preservation options, and I would like to continue to offer my service, whatever it may be, from Assessment Appeal to Zoning.

As I had mentioned, we are "Local," nearly all of our commissions earned stay close to home. We support numerous organizations, such as Northwestern Lehigh Education Foundation, Lynn-Heidelberg Historical Society, Northwestern Lehigh Veterans Memorial, "Night in the Country," The Kempton Fair, Ontelaunee Park Bank Shell, and many of the Schools activities.

I personally serve on or have served on the: Lynn Township Planning Commission, Heidelberg Township Planning Commission, Northwestern Lehigh Education Foundation, Germansville (Goodwill) Fire Co., Northwest Business to Business Group, and I also am a Substitute Van driver for the School district. Giving back and serving the community, that has been very good to me for many years, is so important to me.
